Frederick Reynolds- Custom Modified Razor #0022
Made in Sheffield England a Reynolds Faux-Frame-back 13/16 full custom razor...
This is a new first time color of acrylic for the scales, it truly looks like a chunk of Turquoise dipped in Molten Gold and the pics just don't even do it justice...
I used a Electric Blue wedge and Tri-metal pins and washer on the wedge and pivot ends.. The center pin in Nickel Silver also holding together the Bejeweled Stars and Center post in brass...
The blade was "Modded" out with a larger thumb notch and the original barber's notch was opened up and sharpened up into a wicked Spanish point... The finish is near perfect mirror on the blade with some very small blems on the tang...
The razor will be honed to fully shave ready before shipping...

All hones are Lapped to flat on a DMT 120 Plate then smoothed and chamfered on a DMT 325 Plate...
I test each and every hone on a razor for smoothness and functionality....

Grade S = Super smooth very very slick hone
Grade N = As normal as they get
Grade V = A softer cutter feels like velvet
2.) Kellery's 20th Century Dry Hone 4.5 x 1.65 Both sides are SUPER smooth and ready to use... Grade S... cost $40
Compared to the CrOx .50 micron this is about .25 micron and much much smoother...
